We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven, and hands-on Supermarket Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our flagship supermarkets in Nigeria. This is a strategic leadership role for professionals who understand retail excellence and want to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all in-store operations including sales, inventory, staffing, and merchandising.
• Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Supervise stock replenishment, expiry management, and inventory controls.
• Drive superior customer service and staff performance.
• Integrate and manage online/delivery platforms (WhatsApp orders, e-commerce, etc.).
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, compliance, and ethical conduct.
• Lead community and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years retail experience, 3 of which must be in a managerial role in a high-traffic supermarket or chain store.
• Strong people management, financial, and operations skills.
• Working knowledge of POS, ERP, and retail analytics systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
