• We are seeking to employ highly seasoned, dynamic and passionate teachers with contemporary teaching skills.

Responsibilities
The job requires the Teachers and Teaching Assistants to:

• Plan, prepare, and present lessons
• have effective communication skills
• have adequate mastery of subject/topic
• prepare, assess and mark learners work and record progress
• be passionate, creatively proactive and committed to their duties
• use visual and audio aids to facilitate learning.
• Keep all relevant records duly and accurately
• have good classroom control
• be able to motivate and inspire learners for effective learning
• be punctual and regular to duties and willing to accept additional responsibilities if need arises
• have the ability to use computer (Ms word, Excel, Power point etc)
• have the capacity to collaborate with colleagues and be independent when necessary

Additionally, the early years Teacher should be able to:

• Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for young learners
• Plan and implement appropriate activities that promote the overall development of learners in areas like social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive skills
• Provide pastoral care and support to the learners
• Supervise and monitor closely the progress of learners and communicate effectively to appropriate authorities and parents / caregivers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) with 5 years experience.
