    Finance Associate

    At NoemDek, finance plays a central role in how decisions are made and businesses are scaled. This role offers exposure across multiple sectors, close collaboration with leadership, and the opportunity to strengthen financial systems in a growing organization.     Accounting & Bookkeeping

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records across group entities
    • Post and reconcile daily transactions, including expenses, revenues, and intercompany entries
    • Manage general ledger, journals, accruals, and prepayments
    • Perform monthly bank, vendor, and balance sheet reconciliations
    • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

    Financial Reporting & Planning

    • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
    • Track business performance and highlight key trends and issues
    • Assist with financial analysis to support business and investment decisions
    • Support medium-term and annual planning processes

    Operations & Compliance

    • Manage day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing and payments
    • Monitor cash flow and working capital position
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
    • Support internal and external audit processes
    • Improve basic finance processes and controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness

    Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

    • Prepare and support filing of tax returns (VAT, WHT, PAYE, CIT)
    • Ensure timely statutory filings and remittances
    • Maintain compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
    • Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulators as needed
    • Monitor changes in tax rules and flag implications

    Treasury & Fund Support

    • Support cash management and banking activities
    • Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports
    • Assist with investor, lender, and management financial reporting
    • Support fundraising documentation and financial data requests
    • Monitor FX exposure and other basic financial risks

    Team & Collaboration

    • Work closely with operations and leadership teams
    • Support and mentor junior finance staff where required
    • Communicate financial information clearly and simply
    • Contribute to building a structured, reliable finance function

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
    • Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA (mandatory)
    • 3–5 years’ experience in accounting, finance operations, or FP&A
    • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and basic tax
    • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
    • Experience in a multi-entity or fast-growing environment is an advantage

    Logistics Analyst

    Logistics Support 

    • Manage and ensure on-time inbound and outbound deliveries to clients
    • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness
    • Negotiate rates with forwarder
    • Pursue improvement for the inventory and logistics systems by giving updates and suggestions
    • Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements
    • Manage and provide the required documents and certificates for delivery.
    • Ensure prompt partnership with relevant logistics firms

    Admin Support - Vendor Registration

    • Manage and provide the required documents and certificates for registration

    Public Sector - Sales

    • Locate or propose potential business deals and build business relationships with current and potential clients
    • Oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales assessments and reporting
    • Meet or exceed annual sales goal

    Who can apply for this role?

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any field with up to 2 years of relevant experience in a logistics company.
    • Should understand procurement and logistics process 
    • Prior experience working with a freight company
    • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Client Service & Sales Associate

    Responsibilities

    Client Services & Experience

    • Manage and coordinate client bookings, ride schedules, and service requests.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
    • Manage client expectations and deliver a consistently professional service experience.
    • Proactively resolve service issues (e.g. delays, rescheduling, vehicle substitutions) to protect client satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate booking records and client service logs.

    Client Relationship & Commercial Support

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Confidently present and sell NoemDek’s transport services to clients.
    • Support pricing discussions, service proposals, and client negotiations where required.
    • Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and long-term client engagement.
    • Service Coordination & Quality Assurance
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure services are delivered as promised.
    • Monitor service performance and highlight areas for improvement.
    • Ensure brand standards and service quality are upheld in all client interactions.

    Growth & Marketing Support

    • Support execution of simple digital marketing and promotional initiatives.
    • Gather client feedback and market insights to inform service and growth strategies.
    • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and performance updates for management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in client services, sales support, hospitality, logistics, or customer-facing commercial roles.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging clients in person and remotely.
    • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented.
    • Commercial mindset with an interest in business growth and client acquisition.
    • Comfortable working across teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing, customer engagement, or service promotion is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Self-driven, dependable, and detail-oriented.
