Teal Harmony is an established renovation and interior design company based in Nigeria.
A well-respected design agency that are specialists in what they do are seeking a knowledgeable STUDIO MANAGER to ensure the smooth day to day running of their busy studio and all that this encompasses.
You will be proactive and on the ball with exceptional multi-tasking abilities. Working closely with the Management, you will be providing support across the business including assisting with HR, Finance, Marketing and Project Support.
Strong knowledge of Interior Design, CRM and MS Office is needed. There is huge opportunity for growth and development in this company.
Responsibilities include:
- (support with facilities, finance, HR and generally being the go-to person)
Facilities:
- Managing relationships with and sourcing external suppliers, negotiating contracts as required
- Resolving all building maintenance issues and coordinating office repairs, ensuring meeting rooms remain ready for use
- Ensuring all employees have the equipment and systems necessary for their role, including new staff
Financial Management:
- (Working closely with the Finance Department and Audit team)
- Making authorized office payments and updating logs for all ordering and purchasing for the office
- Checking and approving invoices
- Monthly Reconciliation – petty cash, company credit card, company debit card spending
- Contributing to monthly finance meetings with the Management
- Administrative support to the Finance Manager with reconciliation and other financial benefits
- Managing logistics and security of the company
Human Resources:
- Assisting with recruitment, liaising with candidates
- Producing general HR admin including visas, welfare packages, advising on compensation /Benefit plan for staff.
IT:
- Helping manage the relationship with external IT Provider
- Reviewing the company IT strategy and helping to implement new solutions
Front of House / Admin
- Handling all deliveries and distributing post
- Managing the office calendar, booking meeting rooms
- Managing printer and stationery levels and maintenance
- the sole responsibility of managing the showroom
Client Relationship Service:
- Business Development to bring onboard new clients (referral) base on already existing clients as well as nourishing existing client relationships
Manage client database
- Collate feedback from clients and advise management accordingly
- Manage all client’s inquiry and complaints and escalate to the various units that it relates to
