We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PART TIME Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a range of residential and commercial projects, providing structural design, analysis, and consultancy services. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural designs and calculations for residential and commercial buildings.
• Produce drawings, models, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience in structural design for residential or commercial buildings.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, STAAD, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Desirable:

• Chartered or working towards chartership (COREN/ ICE/IStructE ).
• Knowledge of Nigeria and UK building codes and regulations
