Support the development, coordination and monitoring of the organisation’s corporate strategy, ensuring alignment of initiatives, robust performance tracking and informed decision-making at executive level.
Responsibilities
Support development and refresh of the corporate strategy and annual business plans.
Conduct market, competitor and industry analysis to inform strategic direction.
Coordinate the strategy-execution process, translating strategy into initiatives and KPIs.
Monitor performance against strategic objectives; prepare dashboards and progress reports.
Facilitate strategy reviews, planning sessions and management retreats.
Support business cases, feasibility studies and special strategic projects.
Track industry, regulatory and healthcare trends and their strategic implications.
Coordinate with departments to align plans and resources to strategy.
Prepare board- and executive-level strategy presentations.
Support enterprise performance-management frameworks (e.g., the balanced scorecard).
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Economics, Business, Finance, Sciences, Health Management or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable; MBA or Master’s an advantage.
Minimum of 6–8 years in strategy, consulting, corporate planning or business analysis.
Experience in a healthcare or institutional environment is an advantage.
