Store Attendant at Dipsy Fiberglass Manufacturing Limited

We are looking for a store attendant who will ensuring the smooth operation of a retail establishment. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining the store's appearance, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving, unpacking and arranging goods from the factory.
• Offer assistance in locating and making product recommendations to customers.
• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and uses and assist in educating customers about product specifications.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Actively promote sales by advertising and promoting sales to walk-in customers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by performing routine cleaning tasks and arranging goods in a way that will attract customers.
• Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
• Educational Qualifications
• The candidate should have at least, an ordinary national diploma certificate with a minimum of one (1) year relevant experience.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
