The Stations Construction Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of terminal station construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery. The role requires extensive experience in oil and gas construction, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage project teams, contractors, clients, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the construction and delivery of terminal station projects from mobilization through commissioning.
Manage engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
Coordinate the activities of engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and project support teams.
Interface with clients, Project Management Consultants (PMC), and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address risks, delays, and cost overruns.
Review project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
Drive effective interface management between engineering, procurement, suppliers, and construction teams.
Foster strong client relationships to support successful project delivery and future business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 20 years' experience delivering EPC projects within the oil and gas industry.
Must have successfully completed at least two (2) Terminal Gas Station projects.
Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning processes.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex construction projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple project locations simultaneously.
