    Station Manager - Abeokuta

    Reports To: Area Business Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fuel station, ensuring efficient service delivery, profitability, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing staff, inventory, financial transactions, and operational standards while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fuel station, ensuring smooth service delivery.
    • Monitor fuel stock levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or losses.
    • Supervise, train, and manage station staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
    • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve station targets.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain accurate financial records, monitor cash handling, and prevent fraudulent activities.
    • Conduct regular station audits to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Address customer concerns and ensure service excellence at all times.
    • Ensure maintenance of station equipment, pumps, and other infrastructure to avoid breakdowns.
    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on station performance to management.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Related experience in fuel station operations or retail management will be an added advantage.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Knowledge of fuel station operations, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
