Spare Part Advisor - Abuja at Mikano

POSITION SUMMARY

You will be handling Parts sales & service (Workshop) enquiries on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that customers receive the correct parts on time.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle Parts sales & service (Workshop) enquiries on a day-to-day basis.
• Prepare Estimation and Pricing in adequate time to satisfy customer needs.
• Ability to monitor bins and determine which parts need reordering.
• Ability to monitor lost sales for inventory control.
• Knowledge of procedures for ordering special parts.
• Work towards department objectives to achieve sales targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc./HND, preferably Engineering Background.
• 5 Yrs. Experience in reputable company dealing with Automotive Parts, Sales & Service.
• Familiar with automobile product, sales, service etc.
• Proficiency in computer applications, EPC (Electronic Part Catalogue) and inventory management software. Good knowledge of computer operations.
