Frequently check with guest to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services including retail offerings related to the Spa.
Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
Monitor and stick to time schedule for client appointment throughout the day.
Job Responsibilities
Perform the following services; Spa pedicure and Manicure, Massage therapy, Waxing, Facials
Follow all company policies and procedures; make sure uniform and personal appearance are clean HB and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Speak with others using clear and professional language.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Maintain professional work ethics at all times.
Be punctual at all times and be a reliable team member
Requirements
A Degree in Hospitality Management is an added advantage
Must have good command of English Language and must be personable, patient and friendly.
