Acquire new clients (specified savings account opening)
Daily visit to clients (market, shop, etc.) to collect savings.
Actively plan routine visits to minimize cost of operations
Ensure clients are treated well and fair (clients are Kings and Queens).
Be aware of competitors and strive to outdo them in catchment areas.
Ensure correct reconciliation and reporting of activities to supervisors.
General
Manage clients complaints
To maintain and expand LAPO MfBs brand at all times.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Education: NCE/OND in any finance. Marketing, IT/Computer science related course. Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant customer relationship and marketing function and knowledgeable with the use of a computer device (smartphone or tablet).
