    Sous Chef

    Duties and Responsibilities
    As a Sous Chef, your duties and responsibilities may include:

    • Assisting the Head Chef
    • Overseeing food preparation activities, ensuring that high-quality dishes are prepared and presented according to the recipes and standards set by the establishment.
    • Assisting in managing the kitchen operations, including food inventory management, stock rotation, and maintaining kitchen equipment and cleanliness.
    • Menu Development
    • Monitoring the quality and consistency of food preparation, ensuring adherence to portion sizes andpresentation standards.
    • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
