• The Sourcing and Recruitment Officer will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the workforce needs of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Recruitment Process Management:

• Draft and post job descriptions based on workforce requirements.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.

• Collaborate with the HR team and department heads to forecast staffing needs.

Reporting and Documentation:
