    Solutions Architect

    Principal Accountabilities/Objectives:

    • (List the main objectives of the job to be achieved)

    Solution Propositions

    • Capture and interpret customer requirements, and design custom solutions to meet
    • identified requirements in line with inq. capabilities and product portfolio.
    • Build accurate costing and pricing models for proposed solutions Identify and document any risks to the solution
    • Accurately depict proposed solutions/Statement of Work in High Level technical diagrams
    • Write a comprehensive technical description for complex and custom solutions.
    • Solutions should be scalable, repeatable, and utilizing existing standard services as muc h as possible in Nigeria BID, RFP, RFQ and Tenders
    • Provide technical responses for Bids, RFP and Tenders, ensuring effective understanding of customer requirements, customer focus and a clear presentation of inq. value proposition Creating pricing for proposals and bespoke tenders, commercial analysis of proposals

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Scoping Session: organize or drive the customer opportunity owners to scoping
    • sessions to ensure customer requirements and key deliverables are understood.
    • Meetings: Attend customer engagement meetings/telephone calls with sales team where required
    • Pricing: Engage 3rd party suppliers, partners, system integrators, OEM's or VBN product team for solutions component pricing where required.

    Documentation

    • Create As-built Customer Design Document for complex or custom solutions Ensure
    • design documents are uploaded to SharePoint
    • Create weekly/monthly Reports on solutions proposed and customer engagement
    • meetings attended with sales
    • Attend to all work related task assigned on SAGE ERP
    • Communications and Work Relationships:
    • Internal: Sales Team, Product Development, Engineering, Projects, Legal and customer support
    • External: All Prospective Customers or Business Partners
    • Other Business Units: All Departments

    Knowledge, Skills, Behavioural Competency requirements, Qualification and Experience:

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Thorough understanding of inq. price book
    • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture models and frameworks (TOGAF) Knowledge of cloud platforms
    • Thorough understanding of inq. products and services including MPLS, IPLC, VSAT
    • (IDirect, SCPC), Enterprise Voice, Metrolink, Airlink M2M, WiFi etc.
    • Knowledge and understanding of SAGE X3, Salesforce and GSuite
    • Time management Ability to provide timely feedback to key stakeholders Ability to prioritize tasks based on commercial value and feasibility
    • Good written and Verbal communication
