Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Specialist to support our renewable energy business by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and aftersales service for solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical aftersales support for solar products and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues.
- Coordinate maintenance and warranty support activities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of solar systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the solar/renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
