Social Media Specialist at Marsand Bespoke Joinery Limited

Job Purpose

• We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to join our team at Marsand Bespoke Limited.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s online presence through engaging content creation, digital marketing activities, and strategic social media campaigns.
• This role requires someone who understands how to create high-quality content that showcases our bespoke furniture, craftsmanship, projects, and brand identity while increasing customer engagement and generating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging content including videos, reels, graphics, captions, and promotional materials.
• Plan, schedule, and publish consistent social media content.
• Produce creative videos and advertisements that reflect the quality and professionalism of Marsand Bespoke Limited.
• Manage daily social media activities, including responding to messages, comments, and customer enquiries.
• Support lead generation through effective online marketing strategies.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
• Analyse content performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Research current trends, hashtags, competitor activity, and industry opportunities.
• Develop content ideas that promote products, completed projects, services, and company updates.
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and production teams to capture relevant content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• The successful candidate will be expected to consistently produce high-quality content, improve online visibility, increase engagement, support lead generation, and represent the Marsand Bespoke Limited brand professionally across all digital platforms.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Create professional-quality videos showcasing furniture designs, workshops, installations, and projects.
• Produce creative social media adverts that attract and engage potential clients.
• Develop content that increases brand awareness and supports company growth.
• Capture and edit photos/videos using suitable content creation tools.

Content Creation Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online engagement strategies.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.
• Ability to create professional videos, reels, and marketing content.
• Experience using design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Good understanding of analytics, engagement tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Working Requirements

• Location: Office Based – Awoyaya
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm.
• Occasional Saturday attendance may be required for site visits, factory visits, or content creation activities.
• Must be willing to attend project locations when required to capture content.
