Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Officer to manage our client\'s brand online presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, growing our community, and tracking performance metrics to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Design, copywrite, and produce high-quality, engaging visual and text content (images, videos, reels, stories, and graphics) tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• Channel Management: Plan and maintain a consistent monthly social media content calendar and schedule posts using automation tools.
• Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and inquiries in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner.
• Trend & Data Analysis: Monitor social media trends, track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates), and compile monthly reports with actionable insights.
