We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team. As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute cool and interesting strategies and digitally-focused initiatives across social media channels aimed at engaging the client's audience.
Our ideal candidate is passionate, socially aware of changing media trends, a fun person, and equal parts content developer and community manager.
Responsibilities
Execution:
Produce content calendars according to deadlines and to the highest standard
Excellent Copywriting skills for Social Media.
Responsible for proactively suggesting and implementing creative out-of-the-box digital strategies to improve the quality of Pulse client campaigns
Responsible for leading the community management activities for all clients
Complete execution of all approved strategies.
Ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
Ensure proper QA is done before the content is shared for review
Implement strategies in accordance with the client’s requirements.
Ensure 100% time management.
Ensure 100% task management.
Produce monthly reports and campaign reports at the end of each social media campaign that outlines the successes and failures of the campaigns.
Responsible for documenting and filing project details
Accountability:
Keeping the team up-to-speed with the latest social media trends
Research and suggest new social media account management tools.
Internal:
To build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with Account Managers.
To ensure participation and contribution during strategy sessions
To work closely with the Directors and Team Heads to respond to new business opportunities, and collaborate with the team to implement the agreed-upon digital strategy and tactics.
