Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals and brand identity.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social platforms, including text, image, and video posts.
Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
Foster community growth and engagement by interacting with followers and influencers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Analyze and report on social media metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Stay current with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure optimal reach and impact.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Implement crisis management procedures when necessary to address negative feedback or situations.
Education + Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and platforms effectively.
