    Social Media Manager/Front Desk Officer

    We are looking to hire a smart, young, dynamic and creative individual for the role of Social Media Manager/Front Desk Officer who will be responsible for building and maintaining the brand’s communication and our clients’ social media presence, and creating content across all our social media platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handling communications with clients and prospects.
    • Managing the brand’s and multiple clients’ social media accounts, increasing followership and driving engagement.
    • Formulating quality written and visual content for social media campaigns that can increase followership and engage users.
    • Creating weekly and monthly social media calendars to ensure relevant content is released regularly and on time on various social media platforms.
    • Tracking social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas; gathering and analysing data on content performance.
    • Working closely with the team to coordinate actions.
    • Take ownership of the email marketing function, including strategy, creation and execution.
    • Coming up with creative ideas for growing through content.
    • Creating e-newsletters.
    • Managing the brand’s and that of our clients’ websites content.
    • Performing other light duties when needed.

    Requirements and Competencies?

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND qualification.
    • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent copywriting skills (Very important).
    • Flexible and engaging writing style.
    • 6months to 3 years working experience.
    • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics will be a plus.
    • Ability to deliver creative content (texts, images and videos).
    • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
    • Proven work experience as a social media expert.
    • Hands-on experience in content management.
    • Must reside in or around Alimosho / Iyana Ipaja / Egbeda / Agege/ Ikeja in Lagos.

    Benefits & Perks

    • N40, 000 to N60,000.00 on a monthly basis
    • Ability to work remotely on agreed days.
