This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager/Content Creator role based in Abuja.
The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness, educate audiences on sustainable packaging, and drive community engagement.
The Social Media Manager/Content Creator will manage the social media calendar, develop platform-specific content (including copy, images, and short-form videos), and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
Daily responsibilities include monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
The role also collaborates with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, launches, and storytelling that highlight TPPC’s mission and impact.
Qualifications
Strong capabilities in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including platform management, audience growth, and performance tracking.
Skills in Content Strategy and Writing to plan, craft, and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex sustainability topics in clear, compelling ways.
Experience creating and editing visual and video content (e.g., graphics, short-form videos, basic photography) for social media is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
Ability to work on-site in Abuja, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in sustainability, packaging, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
