Social Media Intern at Workflow HR Consulting

Our client is a product engineering firm based in Nigeria. They are looking for a motivated, creative and innovative Social Media Intern to join their team!

Responsibilities

• Create content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, photos, and captions.
• Schedule and publish social media posts on various platforms at optimal times.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and impressions, and create reports.
• Respond to customer service inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media accounts.
• Research social media trends and best practices to optimize the company's social media presence.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, PR, and design, to ensure consistency in company communications.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer
• Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Final Cut Pro
• Experience with social media advertising campaigns and platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
• Understanding of SEO and how it relates to social media
• Certifications in social media management or advertising, such as Facebook Blueprint or Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification, can also be beneficial
