Social Media / Content Associate at Nomba (Formerly Kudi)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Social Media / Content Associate will act as the face and voice of our business and infuse our tone throughout our social media platforms and other internal/external communication channels.
• You will work with a team of individuals to shape the brand of the company.
• You will interact daily with our social media communities and respond to their comments in a timely manner.
• The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing social media on behalf of a business.

Responsibilities
About the Position:

• You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers on our social media pages
• You will manage our company image across all communication channels in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. 
• Monitor various social media platforms through analytical tools
• Pay particular attention to the culture of the company, including branding, customer engagement and production.
• Engage with agents/customers on all the company’s social media platforms
• Assists in creating performance reports.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:

• Previous experience managing social media on behalf of a business required
• A University Degree
• Strong communication skills - verbal & oral
• Availability - available to resume immediately and dive deep into tasks
• Knowledge and experience managing  online marketing channels
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability/Knowledge of social media best practices
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinker and problem solver 
• Ability to deliver original creative content (text, image and video).
