Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Scheduling: Developing and shooting high-quality visual/written content (Reels, TikToks, photos) and scheduling posts, often following a content calendar.
• Community Management & Guest Engagement: Monitoring channels to respond quickly and professionally to comments, direct messages, and reviews (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Strategy and Branding: Implementing social media strategies that align with marketing goals, maintaining a consistent luxury or lifestyle brand voice.
• Influencer & Partnership Management: Identifying and collaborating with influencers or brand ambassadors for influencer partnerships.
• Analytics and Reporting: Tracking key metrics (reach, engagement) to create reports and improve performance, utilizing SEO and monitoring trends.
• Collaboration: Working with marketing and operations teams to promote seasonal offers, events, and special promotions.

Typical Requirements

• Experience in social media management, ideally within the hospitality or luxury sector.
• Strong photography, video, and editing skills (e.g., using smartphones for Reels/TikToks).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g.,Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
• Excellent copywriting skills.
