This is a full-time, on-site role for an SME Relationship Manager located in Warri.
The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) clients.
Daily tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting financial analysis, providing advice on financial products and services, and working to meet and exceed sales targets.
The role also involves coordinating with various internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Relationship management, client acquisition, and customer service skills
Financial analysis, credit assessment, and risk management skills
Product knowledge in banking, finance, and SME-specific products
Sales, business development, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the banking sector, particularly in SME banking, is a plus
