Site Supervisor - Electrical / Civil at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with expertise in Electrical and Civil engineering. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in substation and distribution projects, with a strong understanding of engineering calculations and project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct engineering calculations and analyses to support design and construction processes.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and report on milestones and challenges.
• Utilize AutoCAD, STADD.Pro, and other relevant software to assist in project design and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and schedules.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including team members, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in the development of project design time schedules and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• HND/B. ENG in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in substation or distribution projects, specifically in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering calculations and their applications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STADD.Pro, MS Office, and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with project design time scheduling techniques.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
