Daily system update of cancellations, issue parcels, stayed beyond SLA and many others as required.
Attend to walk in customer that wants to send or picks parcels.
Cash Collection, COD reconciliation and deposits of cash in the bank.
Cancellation and departure scan: daily backlog check for cancel/rejected parcels; Ali economy 30 days and standard parcel 7 days and hand the aged parcels to

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum if Bsc / HND / OND in any discipline
Minimum of 1 year experience
Must be of close proximity to the above named Location
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
At least an average proficiency in Ms- word
Experience in the Logistics Industry is also an added advantage.
