Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos for the role of Site Manager.
• The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the site, ensuring efficient project execution, compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordination among team members.
• Responsibilities include supervising on-site activities, managing schedules, liaising with stakeholders, resolving any operational issues, and ensuring timely completion of projects aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience in site management or a related role is highly beneficial.
• Project management and organizational skills to efficiently oversee site operations and manage workflows.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of machinery and mechanical operations relevant to industrial and manufacturing settings.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address site challenges and ensure project success.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
