Shop Team Lead at HansandRene

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement, including: merchandising, pricing, transitions, revisions, sampling and promotions
• Execute a fresh, full and food-safe area during all operating hours leveraging strong inventory management, area routines and Food Safety policies and procedures
• Assess backroom and sales floor areas; walk with standards to identify priorities and develop business plans and assignment sheets; review reporting to identify business trends for follow-up
• Ensure proper execution of all food safety standards and cleaning routines
• Validate and follow up on experts' progress against Daily Assignment Sheets and department checklists
• Work a schedule that aligns with business needs (this includes early morning, evening shifts and weekends)
• Lead your team to uphold and maintain all HansandRene Brand Standards and foster a productive relationship with your customers following up on key takeaways from their time in your store (where applicable)
• Expect and enable team members to stay up-to-date on relevant trends and products
• Evaluate and recommend candidates for open positions and develop a customer-centric team
• Establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations
• Fulfill key carrying responsibilities, as the business needs
• as a key carrier, follow all safe and secure training and processes
• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the Customer service experience. Model, train and coach expectations to deliver the service standard
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; Lead the team to work in the same way and hold others accountable for this commitment
• Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.)
• All other duties are based on business needs.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 5 years work experience.

Salary

• N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
