Job Summary / Role Description

• The Shipping and Custom Clearance Officer is responsible for the support of logistics and shipping operation of construction activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle overall process for import license and custom clearance matters;
• Carries out Custom Clearance administrative duties;
• Coordinate with various departments for product import and export shipment

Knowledge & Qualifications

• University graduate;

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in custom clearance field;
• Strong in documentation and overall process for import license and custom clearance

Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent English;
• Excellent IT and analytical skills;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills. Self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution;
• Attention to detail, and the ability to read and draft blueprints (as-builts), negotiation / customer relation skills, strong communications and interpersonal skills, leadership skills.
