Shift Tehnician at Proten

 Roles:

•  All operation activities done safely as per standards during the shift.
•  Taking care of bagging machines to keep it ready to run condition through  maintenance staff and well housekeeping through contractor workers.
•  To align bagging with organizational objectives.
•  To develop departmental personnel for achieving department’s target.
•  To maintain QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) norms lay down by organization.

 Responsibilities:

•  Considering all aspects of quality, environmental, health and safety standards and its accountability.
•  Reporting hazards, incidents, near miss and unsafe conditions.
•  Provide feedback to Dept. Managers / Seniors.
•  Co-ordination with control room for proper Lot & grade nomination.
•  Ensure proper Lot  grade details entry in the printer and lineup bagging lines.
•  Ensure availability of bagging maintenance and contractor workers.
•  Ensure bagging machines in running condition with the help of bagging maintenance and contract workers.
•  Ensure availability of all packing materials.
•  Ensure proper quality packing, packing material consumptions and updates of all records.
•  Ensure all bagging production entry in oracle (Computer software) and physical verification.
•  Proper reporting of all activities in silent hours to seniors.
•  Proper follow up for the work permit, shift logbook & its records.
•  Monitoring of bagging equipment’s, its records updates and failure analysis.
•  Required training to contract workers.
•  Monitoring of sweep generation, controlling, repacking, printing, and record updates.
•  Bag slitter operation monitoring.
•  Monitoring the fallen / trap bags removal and cleaning activity at Palletizer area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of BSc in related Field.
• 3 - 6 years' experience as a Shift Technician.
