Job Summary: 

The role focuses on driving efficiency and accuracy in management reporting by automating recurring processes, standardizing templates across business units, and ensuring high-quality financial and operational insights. Key responsibilities include performing variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast), evaluating KPIs, and translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Automate recurring report generation to reduce manual errors and turnaround time or improve existing ones.
• Standardize reporting templates across multiple business units or regional teams.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and root-cause evaluations.      
• Analyze operational efficiency, financial outcomes, and key performance indicators
• (KPIs).     
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.    
• Oversee data collection and consolidation, and validation from ERP, other facilities,
• marketing, and other sources as may be available within the organization for
• quality management information.
• Coordinate cross-functional data inputs with finance, sales, operations, and IT teams.

Team Leadership

• Supervise junior MIS analysts, reporting specialists, or data coordinators.
• Establish quality assurance (QA) protocols for all outgoing financial reports under the supervision of the Head of Accounts.

Educational Qualification:

• BSC/ HND Accounting 

Professional Qualification:

• ACA

Skills Required:

• Technical: Advanced MS Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), SQL, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or Tableau) 
• Analytical: Variance analysis, trend identification, predictive forecasting, and financial/operational literacy.
• Soft Skills: Cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and deadline enforcement

Experience:

• 10 years + experience in the same role.
• Experience within a real estate company is an added advantage
