Service Engineer (HVAC) at Fadac Resources

Job Responsibilities

• Examine existing facilities, utilities, and sites for renovation, reuse or functional modifications.
• Support the development of budget estimates, justification for requests and verify the already identified work/conditions submitted by facility managers
• Ensure that schedules, inspections, materials, methods, and equipment used in HVAC preventative maintenance, planning design, and construction of ventilation projects are appropriate
• Support the initiation of projects or provide technical assistance in identifying and/or verifying facility conditions, repair estimates, and timetables
• Supervising the service team to get timely updates and ensure proper documentation
• Coordination with OEM to ensure the warranty claim process.
• Pitch in for the AMC and spare part sales for prospective companies.
• Stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Conduct site inspections to assess system conditions and requirements
• Prepare detailed reports on system performance and maintenance activities.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years related experience in the HVAC Field (VRV Mandatory, Applied is added advantage)
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
• Receptive to Travel
• Resource Management & Project Management experience.
