Service Advisor (NYSC) at ABM Tek Limited

We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and service-driven NYSC Corps Member to take on the role of Service Advisor. This person will be the bridge between customers and the workshop—ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Accurately record customer complaints, service requests, and vehicle conditions.
• Prepare job cards and communicate customer needs to technicians.
• Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
• Ensure that all jobs are tracked from start to finish and meet expected timelines.
• Cross-check completed jobs for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear records of services provided, costs, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with workshop staff for workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member in Abuja.
• BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Business Admin, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a busy environment.
• A passion for customer service and attention to detail.
• Interest or background in automobiles is a plus.
