    SEO Specialist

    About this Role

    We are a fast-growing invoicing and accounting startup. We are looking to hire a self-driven SEO Specialist responsible for identifying strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines. By generating more leads for the business you’ll open up new opportunities for driving growth and profit

    What you'll be doing

    • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
    • Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials to drive and increase the most valuable traffic
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
    • Establish and measure goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
    • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
    • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
    • Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page
    • Develop and implement link building strategy
    • Prepare detailed strategy reports
    • Research and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
    • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
    • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
    • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
    • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

    Experience and required skills

    • Proven SEO experience with on & off-page page optimization, keyword research, keyword analysis, SEO Auditing, schema etc – will be asked to provide examples of your work and the results achieved by actions
    • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
    • In-depth experience with website analytics and related tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google console, Google Tag manager, keyword planner etc)
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments is an added advantage
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
    • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
    • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
