The Company is seeking to hire a Senior Technical Assistant who will serve as a strategic thought partner and execution support to the Group Chairman, providing high-quality research, proprietary assets development, analysis, and strategic guidance to inform group-wide decision-making.
This role is designed to support growth, transformation, and brand positioning across the Group’s diverse lines of business, combining strategic advisory, programme execution, and thought leadership to enable effective leadership, innovation, and long-term value creation.
Key Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline from a reputable institution.
5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a related advisory role with a leading global consulting firm.
Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Exposure to complex, multi-sector projects and high-level strategic initiatives.
Prior experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is a strong advantage.
Strong research, writing, and executive documentation skills.
Strategy consulting and business case development.
Programme and project management.
Strong Business acumen Strategic.
Strong ownership mindset with exceptional work ethic.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
Problem-solving and structured decision-making.
Advanced proficiency with the use of Generative AI and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
