    Senior Sales Executive

    About the role

    We are looking for an experienced and high performing sales expert that can help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The successful candidate must be highly qualified and well versed in the art of selling. The candidate will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to create sales manuals for the sales team
    • Design an efficient and effective online and offline sales process
    • Use the training manual to provide training to the field sales executives
    • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Executive to design, synchronise and consistently optimise the marketing and sales pipeline
    • Collaborate with the CMO to design the sales goals and objectives for the annual business plan
    • Manage the field sales executives to ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved
    • Consistently provide suggestions to the CMO on improvements that need to be made to the organisation’s to the department and activities
    • Provide weekly activity report to the CMO
    • Collaborate with the General Manager to schedule order fulfillment

    Requirements

    • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
    • At least 5 years successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring,  training, coaching and people management skills
