Candidates must have a good University Degree plus ten (10) years cognate experience and evidence of membership of a recognized Professional body or Master's Degree plus seven (7) years cognate experience with evidence of membership of a registered professional body.
Candidates must possess SSCE / GCE (O/L) or its equivalent with at least 5 credits inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
Candidates must have a NYSC certificate and be computer literate
