Qualifications & Experience:

• 7—10+ years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, and lead conversion.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Estate Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NIESV, Real Estate Institute, Digital Marketing certifications) are a plus.
• In-depth experience selling residential, commercial, or luxury properties.

• A strong personal network of agents, brokers, and clients in Lagos, Ibadan, and Osogbo.
• Ability to train, mentor, and scale a marketing team in a fast-paced environment.
