Senior Mechanical Project Engineer at Global Profilers

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting: Develop mechanical systems for Water Supply, Drainage, HVAC, and Sewage Treatment.
• Project Supervision: Oversee MEP contractors, ensuring work aligns with approved designs and materials.
• Site Inspections & Execution: Conduct on-site evaluations, verify compliance, and provide technical guidance.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare tender documents, feasibility reports, and engineering specifications.
• Testing & Commissioning: Supervise system testing before final project handover.
• Issue Resolution: Analyze technical non-conformities, recommend solutions, and review variation claims.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Report progress to General Manager, Project Manager, and Contractors.
• Material & Quality Control: Inspect received materials, evaluate contractor performance.
• Client & Business Development: Strengthen client relationships, represent the firm at conferences, and support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 - 10 years experience.
• NSE & COREN certification required.
• Experience in design consultancy & project supervision.
• Strong problem-solving & project management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance & material evaluation.
• Potential to advance to Head of Mechanical Division.
