Senior Marketing Executive (HMO Firm) at Health Assur Ltd

Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Market Penetration:

• They support the development and execution of marketing strategies targeted at key segments—corporates, SMEs, and retail clients. This includes identifying industries with high enrollment potential and positioning the HMO’s plans to meet their needs.

Corporate Marketing & Lead Generation

• A core responsibility is driving leads that convert to enrollees. This involves:
  • Identifying and approaching prospective corporate clients
  • Supporting proposal development and presentations
  • Creating marketing materials tailored to HR decision-makers
  • Working closely with the sales team to close deals

Client Engagement & Retention Support

• In HMOs, retention is critical. The Senior Marketing Executive helps:
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients
  • Support onboarding and sensitization sessions for new enrollees
  • Gather feedback on service delivery and escalate issues
  • Assist in renewal campaigns and client relationship management

Health Plan Promotion & Product Support:

• They help simplify and communicate often complex health plans by:
  • Developing clear, customer-friendly messaging
  • Supporting product launches or plan updates
  • Ensuring marketing materials reflect benefits accurately and compliantly

Brand Visibility & Awareness Campaigns:

• They drive initiatives that build trust and awareness, such as:
  • Health campaigns, outreach programs, and wellness events
  • Digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, website content)
  • Partnerships with organizations, brokers, and agents

Provider & Partner Collaboration:

• They may engage with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers to:
  • Strengthen the HMO’s network visibility
  • Support joint awareness initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between marketing promises and service delivery

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:

• They track:
  • Competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning
  • Industry trends in healthcare and insurance
  • Customer expectations and satisfaction levels
    This helps refine strategy and messaging.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• They monitor campaign effectiveness—lead generation, conversion rates, enrollment growth—and provide insights to improve performance.

Regulatory & Compliance Awareness

• Marketing in an HMO must align with guidelines (e.g., NHIA in Nigeria). They ensure:
  • All communications are accurate and not misleading
  • Marketing materials meet regulatory standards

Internal Coordination:

• They work across departments—sales, operations, medical, and HR—to ensure consistency between what is marketed and what is delivered.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
