Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable IT requirements.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current business workflows and propose technology-driven improvements.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools to interpret data trends, provide business intelligence, and guide strategic decisions.
• Solution Implementation: Work closely with IT teams to design and deploy enterprise solutions that align with business goals.
• Project Leadership: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery and value realization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, preferably within a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and business process modeling tools.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) and/or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
