    Senior Human Resources (HR) Sales Consultant

    Job Summary

    • The HR Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and driving sales for the firm.
    • The employee willbe responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their HR needs, and offering tailored HR solutions and consulting services.
    • The HR Sales Consultant builds strong relationships with clients, effectively communicates the value proposition of the firm's services, and contributes to the overall growth and success of the organization.

    Job Responsibilities - Key Result Areas

    Business Development:

    • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Understand client's needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Ensure high client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis, providing insights for business development initiatives.

    Proposal Preparation:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive and compelling proposals that address client requirements and differentiate our services.
    • Formulate effective sales strategies, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans, to achieve sales targets and penetrate new markets.

    Contract Negotiation:

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with the company's objectives.

    Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and proposals.

    Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide input and feedback to enhance product offerings and service quality.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish professional connections.

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum of a Higher National Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • 3 - 5 years experience in Business Development, Sales or a similar role in the resourcing service industry.
    • Track record of successful business development and sales achievements.
    • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
    • Familiarity with resourcing services industry and its dynamics.

    Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

    • Proven experience in business development or sales,
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
    • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities,
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset,
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

    Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of recruitment,
    • including market trends and key players;
    • Understanding of business development principles and strategies;
    • Familiarity with sales techniques and practices;
    • Knowledge of human resources core values;
    • Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements in the resourcing industry;
    • Bidding & Contracting; Industry & Market Knowledge;
    • Retail Management; Operations Management;
    • Understanding of standard processes, regulatory standards, practices, and frameworks as applicable to resourcing firms;
    • Strategy and Business Performance; etc.

    • Investors & Shareholders
    • Regulatory authorities (e.g., FIRS, CBN, etc)
