Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Drive performance management, learning & development, and engagement programs.
• Provide HR advisory support on policies, employee relations, and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A post graduate degree is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across strategic and operational HR levels.
