Senior HR Professional

Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Drive performance management, learning & development, and engagement programs.
- Provide HR advisory support on policies, employee relations, and compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A post graduate degree is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years progressive HR experience.
- Knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across strategic and operational HR levels.
