    Senior HR Executive

    Job Summary:

    The Senior HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing and executing HR strategies that align with the consulting firm’s business objectives. This role involves overseeing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in HR best practices, capable of supporting organisational growth and fostering a high-performance culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
    • Oversee onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires.
    • Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
    • Support line managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
    • Monitor performance trends and recommend improvement strategies.
    • Identify training needs through regular assessments and performance evaluations.
    • Coordinate learning and development initiatives, workshops, and seminars.
    • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment through engagement initiatives.
    • Ensure effective communication between management and employees.
    • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks in line with company policy and market trends.
    • Assist in salary benchmarking and total rewards strategy.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations.
    • Generate and analyse HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
    • Streamline HR processes for operational efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience within a structured organisation.
    • HR certification (e.g., CIPM, PHR, SHRM) is an added advantage.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
    • Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work in a fast-paced environment.
