    Senior HR Director

    Job Description

    • Lead workforce planning activities to ensure optimal organizational structures are in place to support future focus, growth, scalability and employee satisfaction.
    • Partner closely with the broader operations team (Director of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, Plant Head, Supply Chain Head, Chief Legal Officer, etc) to ensure our people operations programs, processes and systems align with our business goals.
    • As a Head of HR Operations, work with the Business heads to drive and implement initiatives at the company such as Performance Management, Succession Management, Leadership Development Program & Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
    • Review the outputs of the employee appraisal process, identifying key issues and trends, and prepare consolidated reports for senior management
    • Collaboration with line management to create a high performance culture by implementing team and organization design solutions, and providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
    • Demonstrate capacity to build and lead an effective and efficient HR team; guide, support and coach team members to instill a growth mindset.
    • Implementing and driving organizational development initiatives to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business.
    • Act as a change agent, continuously looking for innovations and efficiencies with regards to how we manage and motivate our people with the employee experience top of mind.
    • Managing effective employee & industrial relations within the business calling on knowledge of the labour laws and consequent impact on the organization, relationships with unions, government/regulatory bodies, community, etc.)
    • Manage effective organisational transformation and change projects using best practice methodologies. Shape the culture to align with the company's goals & initiatives through supporting & coaching Line managers in their implementation of core people processes to achieve an inclusive culture that is safe, productive, empowering and equitable
    • Own the maintenance and evaluation of HR Systems related but not limited to performance management, Learning Management System (LMS), onboarding, compensation and benefits etc.
    • Work with leaders to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs.
    • Develop the People Plan and Talent Management agenda for the business unit, in cooperation with the Line Mgr in delivery of key HR processes, such as succession planning or performance reviews etc.
    • Coach and mentor the Business Unit Leaders to raise awareness around new ways of working and inspirational leadership to support cultural transformation.
    • Participate and provide insights to top level interviews
    • Drive flawless execution of HR Initiatives. Provide timely recommendations to business head on people agenda
    • Design benefits programs that comply with local labor law, are competitive, and meet employee needs.
    • Partner with Senior Leadership team to resolve employee issues; provide coaching and counseling to management and staff; collaborate with legal counsel on issues as appropriate and in compliance with the requirements of the country.
    • Supervise the Managers, People Operations and other People staff as needed to ensure delivery of all People Group programming.
    • Growing any business from scratch comes with massive and constant challenges. On top of that, Bridge works in often fragile, sometimes volatile lowresource communities and with complex government systems. You need to be flexible and ready to get everything done effectively, quickly, and affordably with the materials at hand.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in HR with + years in HR Leadership role; building and managing a team of direct reports in different functional areas in HR.
    • Should have recognized and relevant HR certifications.
    • Experience in telecommunication.
    • Good awareness of the external environment and leading edge “people practices” and approaches
    • Proven Coaching & Counseling skills with ability to support the CompaniesGroup CEO / Group Director Operationsin building a high performance and collaborative Senior Leadership Team.
    • Deep understanding of the talent market, hiring trends and processes
