We are looking for a Growth Manager to help us profitably acquire mobile gamers, analyse product performance and ideate experiments to improve product performance, perform customer surveys to ensure we build what our users want, and generate product insights that will lead to better retention.
You will own core KPIs like CPA, activation rate, ARPU, and K-factor.
The ideal candidate has spent a significant part of their career growing mobile apps by analyzing user behavior and generating product insights across the AARRRR framework.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth strategies for the different phases of the product
Work with product, research, and design teams to iterate on product concepts that help us achieve product-market fit
Run user acquisition campaigns via paid marketing, and content experiments.
Own the full funnel of the product including acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, and revenue.
Run growth experiments to find and scale reproducible wins.
Design growth loops into the product along with the product team.
Do customer surveys and generate product insights that improve product performance.
Preferred Experience
Minimum 5 years proven track record growing a mobile consumer product.
Extensive experience with product analytic tools like Mixpanel & event tracking tools like Google Tag Manager & Segment.
Extensive experience as a power user of Google spreadsheets or Excel
Extensive experience using customer lifecycle automation software like Customer.io
Extensive experience running mobile direct response ads, especially with regards to mobile install ads
Experience improving ARPU and other core product metrics
Experience handling technical growth tasks
Experience implementing event-tracking solutions on web and mobile products.
Experience wrangling data in tools like Metabase, Google Data Studio, or writing SQL
Experience with marketing attribution and creating measurement frameworks to understand the impact of growth activities.
Experience deploying unconventional growth tactics on online and offline channels.
