Senior Electrical Design Engineer at Megastar Technical & Construction Company

We are looking for a competent Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, develop and implement complex electrical systems and innovative electrical projects.

Responsibilities include creating technical specifications, supervising electrical engineering teams, ensuring system safety and performance, and producing detailed electrical design schematics. Our ideal candidates are well-versed in electrical engineering theories and regulations, capable of managing a project life cycle and have proven experience in a senior electrical engineering role.Ultimately, the role of the Senior Electrical Engineer is to oversee and deliver high-quality, innovative and efficient electrical systems in line with industry standards and project objectives.

The duties and responsibilities of a Senior Electrical Engineer include:

• Designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment and systems
• Overseeing the manufacturing, installation, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standardsIdentifying and addressing performance and production issues
• Preparing and studying technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirementsInvestigating and testing vendors’ and competitors’ products
• Maintaining and improving existing engineering processes
• Developing and implementing project schedules and budgets
• Coordinating with project teams, clients, and consultants for project developmentProviding technical guidance and mentoring to junior electrical engineersEnsuring compliance with the company’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies
• Keeping abreast of advancements in electrical engineering and applying new technologies where relevant
