    • Conduct deep-dive analyses into sales trends, customer segmentation, and market basket analysis to uncover hidden patterns.

    Advanced Analytics & Modeling:

    • Build predictive models for forecasting demand, customer churn propensity, and sales pipeline outcomes.
    • Perform pricing analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic pricing decisions.
    • Design and analyze A/B tests for marketing campaigns, website optimization, and commercial initiatives.

    Data Management & Governance:

    • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of commercial data, advocating for data quality improvements.
    • Document data definitions, metric calculations, and analytical methodologies.

    Storytelling & Stakeholder Leadership:

    • Synthesize complex findings into clear, compelling narratives and presentations for executive audiences.
    • Translate technical results into concrete business recommendations for the CCO and commercial team.
    • Proactively communicate insights and identify risks or opportunities based on data trends.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Act as a bridge between the Commercial department and IT/Data Engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
    • Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-driven culture within the commercial organization.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Essential:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
